10 flavorful varieties to satisfy your craving at every meal.
Breakfast, lunch or dinner time – you’re looking for savory, smoky, spicy, or even sweet.. Lilly’s has you covered with all of our classic and innovative hummus flavors: Lilly’s Classic, Roasted Red Pepper, Roasted Garlic, Smoked Tomato & Basil, Roasted Jalapeno, Kalamata Olive, Black Bean, Cracked Pepper, Chocolate, and Sriracha.

Hummus that helps.
Each of Lilly’s varieties are made with organic, kettle-cooked beans – never canned or pre-packaged – for the freshest flavors, and a higher nutritional value. Our practice also reduces waste resulting from pre-processed bean packaging and the Lilly’s facility fully recycles any other materials used in production, composting food waste as well. Our nourishing bean spread is sometimes over-produced, and as a result is donated to the Oregon Food Bank, where with its high nutritional value can feed and sustain Oregon families, and individuals in need.

Produced fresh weekly.
Fresh red bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, and tomatoes, are hand-roasted over hazelnut-shell briquets (invented by co-founder and CEO, Michael Miscoe). These briquets impart a satisfying, uniquely Northwestern smokiness to hand grilled veggies, which are then carefully blended into small batches. We produce fresh weekly, for the closest comparison to home-made possible! Organic garbanzo beans (and organic black beans) are kettle-cooked weekly, for top flavor, and the optimal nutritional value this provides.

Lilly's Hummus co-founder, Lilly Miscoe

“I began making my hummus more than a decade ago in my Portland home kitchen, for friends at a party we hosted,” said Lilly Miscoe, founder of Lilly’s Hummus. “I’ve always loved cooking and coming up with new ways to use unique flavors and my hummus proved to be something people couldn’t get enough of – whether at our dinner parties or the farmer’s markets I sold it at. I’ve continued to experiment with flavors to create the best hummus there is and pride myself on being able to make a product that’s enjoyable for nearly everyone, whether gluten-free, vegan, Kosher or vegetarian.”

Lilly’s Hummus is perfect to enjoy as a traditional dip or in more creative ways, such as a base for salad dressings, as a plant protein-rich sauce for vegetables and rice, in Buddha bowls or as a flavorful way to add a substantial kick to wraps or sandwiches. Both breakfast and dessert – it’s true! – are also times to dip into the unique chocolate hummus – spread it on toast for a sweet start to the day or finish a meal with chocolate-filled pastry tarts, topped with fruit.
