HUMMUS & KIMCHEE TACOS
If you really want to up your Taco Tuesday game and enjoy
kimchee, try this spicy, gut-healthy version!
Warm corn tortillas in a warm pan, toaster, or microwave oven
to make them more pliable. When still warm, spoon a large
dollop of Lilly’s Classic Hummus down the center of the tortilla.
Then spoon a serving of kimchee drained of juice (you can use
a fork, and shake over the jar’s opening to remove excess liquid).
Top with sprouts, lettuce leaves, or grated carrots.
Top with a few sprigs of cilantro. Enjoy!
