HUMMUS SALAD DRESSING

Similar to hummus pasta sauce, hummus salad dressing
is easily made by blending any flavor of Lilly’s Hummus with
either cashew milk (nice and creamy) or almond milk.
We recommend our Roasted Garlic, Roasted Red Pepper
(pictured here), and Kalamata Olive as great, savory choices
that liven  up salad greens and motivate you to eat more
fresh veggies.

Thin hummus with desired nut milk in a bowl with a fork
or small whisk, then season with salt and pepper.
A splash of balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar is a
useful and tasty addition to this dressing, but is not
necessary. Then, get your greens on!
