BLACK BEAN HUMMUS CROSTINI
Slice as many pieces as you desire to serve, of your favorite baguette bread. Toast each slice in a toaster oven, or all together on a baking sheet in an oven. Toast until lightly browned. When cool to the touch, apply a thick layer of Lilly’s Black Bean Hummus to each, and top with corn niblets, minced cilantro, chopped red onion, and serve! It’s as simple as that!
